Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final and we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages and Issues
If you happen to receive a flawed or defective product, please contact family@nobad.shop with photos of the product along with your order number. Upon receipt of your email we will make sure a replacement is sent out if approved. If the desired replacement item is out of stock, we will refund the full purchase price.
NO BAD is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. The best course of action would be to file a lost package claim with the shipping provider.
Refunds
As mentioned above, refunds are only applicable to damaged or defective products that are out of stock. If approved, you’ll be refunded the full amount of your order to your original payment method used at checkout. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to your account.
